CHAP. 3512.— An Act To authorize the Chattanooga Northern Railway Company to construct a bridge across the Tennessee River at Chattanooga, Tennessee. June 21, 1906. [[H. R. 20070](/us/bill/59/hr/20070).] [[Public, No. 266](/us/pl/59/266).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Tennessee River.Chattanooga Northern Railway Company may bridge, at Chattanooga, Tenn. That the Chattanooga Northern Railway Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Tennessee, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate, a bridge and approaches thereto for railway and other purposes across the Tennessee *Ante*, p. 84.River at Chattanooga, in the State of Tennessee, in accordance with the 389provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, June 21, 1906.
