CHAP. 35.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Emma Rowe. February 2, 1906. [[H. R. 1908](/us/bill/59/hr/1908).][[Private, No. 27](/us/pvt/59/27).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Emma Rowe. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma Rowe, widow of Charles W.
Rowe, late of the Second Battery, Connecticut Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the death of Guy *Provisos.* Increase to cease on death of child.W. Rowe, helpless and dependent child of said Charles W. Rowe, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine: *And provided further*, That in the event of the death of Emma Rowe the name Pension to child on death of mother.of the said Guy W.
Rowe shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, from and after the date of death of said Emma Rowe. Approved, February 2, 1906.
