CHAP. 3499.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Frank N. Nichols. June 20, 1906.[[S. 5262](/us/bill/34/s/5262).][[Private, No. 3242](/us/pvt/34/3242).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Frank N. Nichols.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frank N.
Nichols, late of Company D, First Regiment Rhode Island Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu or that he is now receiving. Approved, June 20, 1906.
