CHAP. 3461.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Ransom C. Russell. June 20, 1906.[[S. 6141](/us/bill/34/s/6141).][[Private, No. 3204](/us/pvt/34/3204).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Ransom C. Russell.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theEliza P. Norton.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ransom C.
Russell, late of Company F, Seventh Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Infantry, and United States ships Agawam, Minnesota, and Roanoke, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, June 20, 1906.
