CHAP. 3440.— An Act To relinquish all the interest of the United States of America in and to a certain lot of land lying in the District of Columbia and State of Maryland, formerly belonging to John C. Rives, deceased. June 19, 1906.[[S. 4376](/us/bill/34/s/4376).][[Private, No. 3192](/us/pvt/34/3192).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the United States John C. Rives.Release of title to property devised by.hereby relinquishes all the right, title, and interest it may have acquired by the will of John C.
Rives, deceased, in and to a certain lot of land lying partly in the District of Columbia and partly in the State of Maryland, consisting of about fifty-two acres, more or less, as described in the will of said testator. Approved, June 19, 1906.
