CHAP. 3430.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Eliza Swords. June 18, 1906.[[H. R. 1160](/us/bill/34/hr/1160).][[Private, No. 3190](/us/pvt/34/3190).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Eliza Swords.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eliza Swords, widow of Kinsey Swords, Lite of Company E, One hundred and fifty-seventh Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty-two dollars per *Provisos*.Increase to cease on death of children.month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided,* That in the event of the death of either Annie Swords or William Swords, helpless and dependent children of said Kinsey Swords, the additional pension herein granted shall be reduced to twenty dollars per month, and in the event of the death of both of said children the whole of said additional Pension to children on death of mother.pension shall cease and determine: *And provided further*, That in the event of the death of Eliza Swords the names of said Annie and William Swords shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the 2139provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month each, from and after the date of death of said Eliza Swords.
