CHAP. 3425.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Franklin B. Beach. June 18, 1906.[[S. 6024](/us/bill/34/s/6024).][[Private, No. 3185](/us/pvt/34/3185).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theFranklin B. Beach.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Franklin B. Beach, late of Company E, Tenth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, June 18, 1906.
