CHAP. 3398.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to James McTwiggan. June 18, 1906.[[S. 5731](/us/bill/34/s/5731).][[Private, No. 3158](/us/pvt/34/3158).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJames McTwiggan.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James McTwiggan, late of Company H, Third Regiment Rhode Island Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
