CHAP. 3373.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary E. Baker. June 18, 1906.[[S. 4879](/us/bill/34/s/4879).][[Private, No. 3133](/us/pvt/34/3133).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Mary E. Baker.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary E.
Baker, widow of Charles N. Baker, late captain Company K, Second Regiment Michigan Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of Eleanor A. Baker, child of the said Charles N. Baker, while living and helpless. Approved, June 18, 1906.
