CHAP. 3359.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Catharine E. Smith. June 18, 1906.[[S. 4173](/us/bill/34/s/4173).][[Private, No. 3119](/us/pvt/34/3119).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Catharine E. Smith.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2123laws, the name of Catharine E.
Smith, widow of William H. Smith, late acting master, commanding, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, June 18, 1906.
