CHAP. 334.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jane McMahon. February 19, 1906.[[S. 991](/us/bill/59/s/991).][[Private, No. 317](/us/pvt/59/317).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Jane McMahon. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jane McMahon, widow of Patrick McMahon, late of Company I, Fourth Regiment California Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
