CHAP. 3333.— An Act To amend section sixty-four of the bankruptcy act. June 15, 1906. [[H. R. 4478](/us/bill/59/hr/4478).] [[Public, No. 232](/us/pl/59/232).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That clause four of subdivision Bankruptcy.Vol. 80, p. 568, amended.B of section sixty-four of said Act is hereby amended so as to read as follows: " “Fourth. Wages due to workmen, clerks, traveling or city salesmen, Priority of wages.Salesmen added.or servants which have been earned within three months before the date of commencement of proceedings, not to exceed three hundred dollars to each claimant.”" Approved, June 15, 1906.
