CHAP. 3291.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Stephen Cundiff. June 13, 1906.[[H. R. 10395](/us/bill/34/hr/10395).][[Private, No. 3065](/us/pvt/34/3065).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Stephen Cundiff.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2111laws, the name of Stephen Cundiff, late of Company A, Second Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
