CHAP. 3280.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Eliza J. Mays. June 11, 1906. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theEliza J. Mays.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eliza J. Mays, widow of William Mays, late of Captain Johnson’s company, Colonel Hay’s regiment, Texas Mounted Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
