CHAP. 3275.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Eliza Jane Witherspoon. June 11, 1906.[[H. R. 18821](/us/bill/34/hr/18821).][[Private, No. 3052](/us/pvt/34/3052).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Eliza Jane Witherspoon.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eliza Jane Witherspoon, widow of George McC.
Witherspoon, late of Captain Gibson’s company. South Carolina Mounted Volunteer Infantry. Florida Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, June 11, 1906.
