CHAP. 3253.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Sarah Ann Day. June 11, 1906.[[H. R. 18542](/us/bill/34/hr/18542).][[Private, No. 3030](/us/pvt/34/3030).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theSarah Ann Day.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah Ann Day, widow of Lloyd Day, late of Captains Hamilton’s and McEldry’s and Lieutenant Blacklock’s companies, Maryland Volunteer Militia, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
