CHAP. 3218.— An Act Granting a pension to John Lewis Bernard Breighner. June 11, 1906.[[H. R. 18052](/us/bill/34/hr/18052).][[Private, No. 2995](/us/pvt/34/2995).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJohn Lewis Bernard Breighner.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Lewis Bernard Breighner, helpless and dependent son of Francis Breighner. late of Company F, Ninety-first Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
