CHAP. 3214.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary A. Montgomery. June 11, 1906.[[H. R. 18034](/us/bill/34/hr/18034).][[Private, No. 2991](/us/pvt/34/2991).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Mary A. Montgomery.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary A. Montgomery, widow of Ritchard J. Montgomery, late recruit, general service, United States Army, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, June 11, 1906.
