CHAP. 3178.— An Act Granting a pension to James R. Hicks. June 11, 1906.[[H. R. 16595](/us/bill/34/hr/16595).][[Private, No. 2955](/us/pvt/34/2955).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the James R. Hicks.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James R. Hicks, late of Company B, Seventy-first Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, June 11, 1906.
