CHAP. 312.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John D. O’Brien. February 19, 1906.[[S. 637](/us/bill/59/s/637).][[Private, No. 295](/us/pvt/59/295).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the John D. O’Brien. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John D.
O’Brien, late of Company F, Fourth Regiment United States Infantry, and captain Company F, First Battalion Wyoming Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 19, 1906.
