CHAP. 3079.— An Act To remove the order of dismissal from the military record of Robert W. Liggett. June 11, 1906.[[H. R. 13917](/us/bill/34/hr/13917).][[Private, No. 2856](/us/pvt/34/2856).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War Robert W. Liggett.Military record corrected.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the order of dismissal from the military record of Robert W.
Liggett, late captain Company B, Sixteenth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and to *Proviso*.No pay, etc.grant to said Robert W. Liggett an honorable discharge: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other allowance shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, June 11, 1906.
