CHAP. 3078.— An Act To correct the military record of Benjamin F. Graham. June 11, 1906.[[H. R. 11543](/us/bill/34/hr/11543).][[Private, No. 2855](/us/pvt/34/2855).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War Benjamin F. Graham.Granted honorable discharge.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to grant to Benjamin F. Graham, an assistant surgeon of the One hundred and ninety-fourth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, an honorable discharge as of date October eighteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
