CHAP. 3069.— An Act To correct the military record of Henry Gude. June 9, 1906.[[H. R. 13245](/us/bill/34/hr/13245).][[Private, No. 2853](/us/pvt/34/2853).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Henry Gude shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from CompanyHenry Gude.Military record corrected. K, Seventeenth Missouri Infantry Volunteers, as of date of August twenty-sixth, eighteen hundred and sixty-live: *Provided*, That*Proviso*.No pay, etc. no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
