CHAP. 3064.— An Act Granting land to the city of Albuquerque for public purposes. June 9, 1906. [[H. R. 18333](/us/bill/34/hr/18333).] [[Public, No. 213](/us/pl/34/213).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That a patent shall be, andPublic lands.Grant to Albuquerque, N. Mex., for park etc. hereby is, authorized to be issued to the city of Albuquerque, in the county of Bernalillo, Territory of New Mexico, for south half of section seventeen and north half of section twenty, in township ten north, of range four east, New Mexico principal meridian, containing six hundred and forty acres, more or less, upon the payment of one dollar and twenty-five cents per acre therefor, and upon the submission of due proof of the incorporation of said city, said land to be used for park and other public purposes only, and the patent to contain the provision that the land shall revert to the United States whenever it shall not be used for the purposes mentioned in this Act.
