CHAP. 3037.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jeremiah Van Riper. June 6, 1906.[[H. R. 18175](/us/bill/34/hr/18175).][[Private, No. 2839](/us/pvt/34/2839).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Jeremiah Van Riper.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jeremiah Van Riper, late of Twenty-eighth Independent Battery, New York Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
