CHAP. 3029.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Stewart J. Donnelly. June 6, 1906.[[H. R. 18054](/us/bill/34/hr/18054).][[Private, No. 2831](/us/pvt/34/2831).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Stewart J. Donnelly.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2059laws, the name of Stewart J.
Donnelly, late captain Company K, Thirteenth Regiment New York Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, June 6, 1906.
