CHAP. 299.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Kate Myers. January 18, 1907.[[S. 7160](/us/bill/34/s/7160).][[Private, No. 280](/us/pvt/34/280).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theKate Myers.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Kate Myers, former widow of John M.
Lowthere, late of Company A, Fourteenth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, January 18, 1907.
