CHAP. 2989.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Margaret Haynes. June 6, 1906.[[H. R. 17592](/us/bill/34/hr/17592).][[Private, No. 2791](/us/pvt/34/2791).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Margaret Haynes.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margaret Haynes, widow of Hezekiah Haynes, late of Captain John Evans’s Company, Kentucky Militia, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
