CHAP. 2978.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Isaiah H. Hazlitt. June 6, 1906.[[H. R. 17402](/us/bill/34/hr/17402).][[Private, No. 2780](/us/pvt/34/2780).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theIsaiah H. Hazlitt.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Isaiah H.
Hazlitt, late of Captain J. K. Lamerick’s company, Oregon Volunteers, Oregon and Washington Territory Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, June 6, 1906.
