CHAP. 2960.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Derias Thomas Jean. June 6, 1906.[[H. R. 17229](/us/bill/34/hr/17229).][[Private, No. 2762](/us/pvt/34/2762).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theDerias Thomas Jean.Pension Increased. pension roll, subject, to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Derias Thomas Jean, late of Company C, First Battalion Mississippi Volunteer Rifles, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
