CHAP. 2952.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jesse Wiley. June 6, 1906.[[H. R. 17144](/us/bill/34/hr/17144).][[Private, No. 2754](/us/pvt/34/2754).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJesse Wiley.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jesse Wiley, late of Captain Murray’s company, Second Regiment Tennessee Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
