CHAP. 2949.— An Act For the relief of James W. Kenney and the Union Brewing Company. March 4, 1907.[[H. R. 8727](/us/bill/34/hr/8727).][[Private, No. 2673](/us/pvt/34/2673).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James W. Kenney and Union Brewing Company.Reimbursement. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay James W. Kenney, proprietor of the Park Brewery, the sum of three hundred and thirty-seven dollars and fifty cents, and to James W.
Kenney, treasurer of the Union Brewing Company, the sum of four hundred and forty dollars and sixty-two cents, said sums having been paid by said James W. Kenney under an illegal assessment for short-tax beer. Approved, March 4, 1907.
