CHAP. 2944.— An Act To relinquish the interest of the United States in and to certain land in the city of Pensacola, Florida, to the Right Reverend Edwin P. Allen, Catholic bishop of the diocese of Mobile, Alabama, and his successors, in trust for the Catholic congregation of Pensacola, Florida. Allen.Land in Pensacola, Fla., released to. That all the interest of the United States in and to the land in the city of Pensacola, in the State 2823of Florida, known and described on the plat of said city of Pensacola as lots one and two, between the squares and the lot on the east side of the square of Ferdinand the Seventh, known as the Catholic Church lot, is hereby relinquished and released to the Right Reverend Edwin P. Allen. Catholic bishop of the diocese of Mobile. Alabama, trustee for the Catholic congregation of Pensacola.
