CHAP. 2915.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of War to deliver condemned brass field pieces to the city of Petoskey, Michigan. March 4, 1907. [[H. R. 16235](/us/bill/59/hr/16235).] [[Public, No. 250](/us/pl/59/250).] *Beit enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of WarPetoskey, MichCondemned cannon loaned to. is hereby authorized to loan and deliver to the city of Petoskey, 1294Michigan, two brass Held pieces (formerly located at Fort Brady.
Michigan, and now at Rock Island Arsenal, condemned to be converted into scrap brass), the same to be taken care of by said city, and be *Proviso*.No expense.subject at all times to the order of the Secretary of War: *Provided,* That no expense shall be incurred by the United States in the delivery of said cannon. Approved, March 4, 1907.
