CHAP. 2906.— An Act For the relief of the Louisiana Molasses Company (Limited) and the Louisiana Distilling Company. March 2, 1907.[[H. R. 24833](/us/bill/34/hr/24833).][[Private, No. 2665](/us/pvt/34/2665).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Louisiana Molasses Company and Louisiana Distilling Company.Belief of. That the vinegar factory of the Louisiana Molasses Company (Limited) and the distillery of the Louisiana Distilling Company, both situated in New Orleans, Louisiana, and having their respective premises separated from each other by a distance of only four hundred and twenty-five feet in a direct line, may, to avoid special hardship to the proprietors of said premises, both continue to be operated as now situated and in like manner as they have been operated for seven and one-half years past in the belief that the premises were duly separated according to law, notwithstanding that the said premises are not distant from each other full six hundred feet in a direct line as required by the general statutes in that regard.
