CHAP. 2905.— An Act To correct the military record of Charles H. Kellen. March 2, 1907.[[H. R. 24390](/us/bill/34/hr/24390).][[Private, No. 2664](/us/pvt/34/2664).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Charles H. Kellen, lateCharles H. Kellen.Military record corrected. sergeant, Company F, Seventh Regiment Rhode Island Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been mustered into the military service of the United States as a second lieutenant of the said Seventh Regiment Rhode Island Volunteer Infantry on December eighth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, and to have continued in said service as second lieutenant of said regiment until the date of his death, to wit, the twenty-eighth day of December, eighteen hundred and sixty-two: *Provided*, That no pay, compensation, or remuneration*Proviso.*No pay, etc. of any kind or nature whatsoever shall accrue or become due or payable to any person or persons whatsoever by reason or on account of the passage of this Act.
