CHAP. 2904.— An Act To correct the military record of Homer Quick. March 2, 1907.[[H. R. 22210](/us/bill/34/hr/22210).][[Private, No. 2663](/us/pvt/34/2663).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Homer Quick, late captain of Company K, First Missouri Cavalry Volunteers, shallHomer Quick.Honorable discharge granted. hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States on the thirteenth day of April, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and shall be entitled to all the rights, privileges, and benefits that are now or may hereafter be provided by law for honorably discharged officers or soldiers of the United States: *Provided*, That nothing in this Act shall be so construed as toProviso.No pay, etc. entitle the said Quick to any pay, bounty, or other allowances in addition to those to which he was entitled prior to the passage of this Act.
