CHAP. 2903.— An Act To correct the military record of Jacob Rockwell. March 2, 1907. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to review the military record of JacobJacob Rockwell.Honorable discharge granted. Rockwell, late of Battery L, Fourth United States Artillery, and grant him an honorable discharge: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other*Proviso.*No pay, etc. emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, March 2, 1907.
