CHAP. 2903.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John Rutter. June 6, 1906.[[H. R. 16547](/us/bill/34/hr/16547).][[Private, No. 2705](/us/pvt/34/2705).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the John Rutter.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2031laws, the name of John Rutter, late of Company G, United States Voltiguers, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
