CHAP. 2902.— An Act Authorizing and directing the Secretary of the Treasury to enter on the roll of Captain Orlando Humason’s Company B, First Oregon Mounted Volunteers, the name of Hezekiah Davis. March 2, 1907.[[H. R. 21091](/us/bill/34/hr/21091).][[Private, No. 2661](/us/pvt/34/2661).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Hezekiah Davis.Military record corrected. That for the purpose of giving to the widow title to the arrears of pay due the soldier for his services in the Oregon Indian war of eighteen hundred and fifty-five and eighteen hundred and fifty-six, the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to enter on the roll of Captain Orlando Humason’s Company B, First Oregon Mounted Volunteers, now on tile in the office of the Auditor for the War Department, the name of Hezekiah Davis, and such entry shall show that the said Hezekiah Davis was enlisted as a private by W.
H. Farrar, 2821at The Dalles, Oregon, on the first day of March, eighteen hundred and fifty-six, and was discharged on the nineteenth day of May, eighteen hundred and fifty-six, as shown by the original roll and records on file in the office of the adjutant-general of the State of Oregon. Approved, March 2, 1907.
