CHAP. 2901.— An Act To correct the military record of Tobe Holt. March 2, 1907.[[H. R. 16659](/us/bill/34/hr/16659).][[Private, No. 2660](/us/pvt/34/2660).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Tobe Holt, alias Lewis Tobe Holt.Honorable discharge granted.Holt, be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from Company K, One hundred and tenth United States Colored Infantry, on May sixth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided*, That no pay, *Proviso*.No pay, etc.bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable to any person by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, March 2, 1907.
