CHAP. 2900.— An Act To remove charge of desertion standing against Peter Parsch. March 2, 1907.[[H. R. 15320](/us/bill/34/hr/15320).][[Private, No. 2659](/us/pvt/34/2659).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War Peter Parsch.Honorable discharge granted.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion standing against Peter Parsch, late a member of Company E, One hundred and twenty-fourth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, *Proviso*.No pay, etc.and issue him an honorable discharge: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
