CHAP. 2891.— An Act For the relief of Harry A. Young. March 2, 1907. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Harry A. Young shall Harry A. Young.Military record corrected.be held and considered to have been mustered into the military service of the United States, in the office of assistant surgeon of the battalion of Utah Light Artillery, with the rank of first lieutenant, on the eighteenth day of January, eighteen hundred and ninety-nine, and to have held said office and rank until he was killed in action on the sixth of Proviso.No pay, etc.February, eighteen hundred and ninety-nine: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, compensation, or allowance shall accrue to said Harry A.
