CHAP. 2890.— An Act Authorizing the President to appoint Webb C. Maglathlin a second assistant engineer in the Revenue-Cutter Service. March 2, 1907.[[S. 6729](/us/bill/34/s/6729).][[Private, No. 2649](/us/pvt/34/2649).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the President of theWebb C. Maglathlin.Appointment as second assistant engineer in the Revenue-Cutter Service. United States be, and is hereby, authorized to appoint Webb C.
Maglathlin a second assistant engineer in the United States Revenue-2818Cutter Service upon the occurring of the first vacancy after the passage of this Act in the grade of second assistant engineer in said Service: *Proviso*.Examination. *Provided*, That the said Webb C. Maglathlin passes satisfactorily the physical examination required by the regulations of that Service. Approved, March 2, 1907.
