Hughes, United States Army, retired, detailed July fourteenth, nineteenCaptain William N. Hughes.Relief of.Vol. 28, p. 7. hundred and two, for duty at East Florida Seminary, Gainesville, Florida, shall be held and considered as having been detailed under the Act of November third, eighteen hundred and ninety-three.
