CHAP. 2881.— An Act For the relief of Gordon, Ironsides and Fares Company (Limited). March 2, 1907.[[H. R. 16085](/us/bill/34/hr/16085).][[Private, No. 2640](/us/pvt/34/2640).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the sum of seven thousandGordon, Ironsides and Fares Company (Limited).Refund of duties. six hundred and twenty-six dollars and eight cents he paid to Gordon. Ironsides and Fares Company (Limited), of Montreal, Canada, said sum having been exacted as duties and paid to the collector of customs at the port of Boston by the said Gordon, Ironsides and Fares Company (Limited) on the second, third, and fourth days of December, nineteen hundred and two, covering a consignment of six hundred and two head of cattle and one thousand seven hundred and fifty-seven sheep shipped from Canada in bond via Boston.
Massachusetts, to Liverpool, England, on the twenty-fifth day of November, nineteen hundred and two, and being prohibited from being so shipped by general orders from the Department of Agriculture, dated the twenty- seventh day of November, nineteen hundred and two, said cattle and sheep being then slaughtered and exported on the Ultonia on the tenth day of December, nineteen hundred and two.
