CHAP. 2879.— An Act For the relief of George T. Larkin. March 2, 1907.[[H. R. 12188](/us/bill/34/hr/12188).][[Private, No. 2638](/us/pvt/34/2638).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theGeorge T. Larkin.Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to George T. Larkin, late deputy United States marshal, eastern district of Tennessee, for expenses incurred in his defense for killing in self-defense a citizen of said State while resisting arrest, and in full compensation of all claims on account thereof, six hundred and ninety-two dollars and fifty-five cents.
