CHAP. 2871.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Margaret A. Hope. June 6, 1906. [[H. R. 16253](/us/bill/59/hr/16253).] [[Private, No. 2673](/us/pvtl/59/2673).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Margaret A. Hope. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margaret A.
Hope, widow of James B. Hope, late of Company F, Fifth Regiment Tennessee Volunteers, war with Mexico, major Forty-fifth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and captain, Seventh Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, June 6, 1906.
