CHAP. 2868.— An Act Granting an honorable discharge to Seth Davis. March 2, 1907.[[H. R. 25801](/us/bill/34/hr/25801).][[Private, No. 2627](/us/pvt/34/2627).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Seth Davis shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as first lieutenant Company E, Fourth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, on April twenty-third, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, and that the Secretary of War shall issue to him an honorable discharge as of that date: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
