CHAP. 2818.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mahala Jones. June 6, 1906. [[H. R. 18506](/us/bill/59/hr/18506).] [[Private, No. 2620](/us/pvtl/59/2620).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mahala Jones. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mahala Jones, widow of Henderson Jones, late of Captain Kelsey’s company, North Carolina Volunteers, Cherokee Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lien of that she is now receiving.
